Katie + Sean | Engagement Shoot

I met Katie + Sean when I accidentally shot their proposal back in December. Since then we have become great friends and I was so excited when they asked me to take engagement photos for them at Six Flags and Skate and Surf Festival. Although it rained all day, we had a blast playing games, going on rides and talking well into the night. I feel so fortunate to have gained such good friends from my photography!

Patricia Ward McCauley Campbell - This is wonderful! The pictures are a great representation of who you two are (except I don’t see Sean this neat very often, lol). What great memories they will bring back many years from now. Love you two!

Ben’s First Birthday | Family Portraits

Danielle and Brian reached out to me recently about photographing their son Ben’s first birthday party.  From the first picture they sent me, I knew we were going to have a lot of fun because Benjamin is so fantastic in front of the camera.  They threw him a great big birthday party with a circus theme complete with a cotton candy machine, cakes galor and even a piñata!  Danielle does beautiful calligraphy as well so if it’s something you’re looking for be sure to check out her work here.

Trish + Joe | Couples Portraits

I met Trish + Joe to take some photos at one of my favorite spots, Cattus Island Park in Toms River, NJ.  Though they are just at the beginning of their relationship, they seemed like they had been together for years and were naturals in front of the camera.  Venturing out into the snow with no coats was brave of them but it made for some beautiful shots.

Daniel - The background of snow used in the snaps is awesome. I like the way you captured the intimacy of the relationship between the couple. The girl’s scarf matches with the boy’s jacket creating a awesome snap.
